Thick Skin

I need thicker skin! I let what people say to me and about me affect me way to much. This is especially important when it comes to work. It hard because I'm the person people are supposed to be able to go to, I'm the person people are supposed to like. Being liked is almost a part of my job but there are those things i can't change and people don't understand that. I also realize that you can never please everyone and not everyone will always like you but it's still hard. I know it'll get better as i get older but it's hard not to care especially, when at times, no matter how untrue, it can make you look bad.
